Elite Nutrition FL is a fresh meal prep company in Boca Raton, Florida. We cook high-protein meals in our own kitchen every week and hand-deliver them on Sundays across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Meals are never frozen and never shipped.

Who runs Elite Nutrition FL?
Elite Nutrition FL is owned and run by its two founders, Alex and Storm. Alex spent 15 years as a chef. They started the business in 2018, cooking from home and then from a licensed commissary, and built their own commercial kitchen in Boca Raton in 2020. Every meal is still cooked there. Until January 2026 the business was called Krave Kitchen and sold plant-based meals. It no longer does. Elite Nutrition FL sells high-protein meals built around beef, chicken, turkey and fish, and does not offer vegetarian or vegan plans.
Weekly plans and prices
Weekly plans are chef-picked: our chef chooses the mix of meals and rotates it every week. Each plan comes in Beast portions (the bigger plate, about 48g of protein per entrée) or Shred portions (a smaller plate, about 38g of protein). Plans renew weekly and always deliver free.

À la carte
You can also order single meals from the weekly menu without a plan. Entrées are $14 to $17 and breakfasts are $11 to $15. See this week's entrées and breakfasts.
Delivery
We deliver every Sunday between 10am and 5pm. Orders are left at your door, packed cold in an insulated cooler bag with reusable ice packs, and you get a text when we're on the way. We deliver to homes, offices and businesses. Delivery is local only: we don't ship meals by mail or courier. See every city we deliver to.

Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order on Sunday between 9am and 12pm at 4190 Oak Circle, Boca Raton, FL 33431.
Managing a weekly plan
Subscribers manage their own plan at elitenutritionfl.com/a/subscriptions: skip a week, pause, change or cancel anytime. Plans bill on Wednesday morning for that Sunday's delivery. To skip or pause a week, do it by 11:59 PM on the Wednesday seven days before that billing date. There are no contracts.
The food
Meals are built around grass-fed beef, organic chicken and wild-caught fish, with rice, sweet potatoes and fresh vegetables. Beast entrées average about 536 calories, 48g protein, 50g carbs and 16g fat; meals vary week to week. Food is cooked in extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil or coconut oil. We don't use canola, soybean, corn or sunflower oil. A couple of sauces use a little sesame oil. Every meal's ingredient list and nutrition facts are on its product page.
Meals are cooked fresh, never frozen, and arrive in plant-fiber, oven-safe containers. They keep up to 5 days refrigerated. Reheat in the oven at 425°F for 10 to 15 minutes with the lid off, or in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.
Allergens
Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, shellfish, eggs, soy, sesame and other common allergens, and we can't guarantee against cross-contact. If you have a moderate or severe food allergy, we're not able to serve you safely.
