What type of ingredients do you use?

Our meals are made with the highest quality ingredients.

  • Staple Ingredients on our menu include:
    • Grass Fed & Finished Beef
    • Organic, Antibiotic & Hormone Free Poultry
    • Wild Caught Seafood
    • Organic Vegetables
    • Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Pure Coconut Oil, Pure Beef Tallow
  • Our menu never includes any:
    • Refined sugar
    • Artificial ingredients
    • Seed oil
    • Processed ingredients

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

  • Our plant based containers are composed of annually renewable, wild-harvested plant fibers and wheat straw. These containers will biodegrade completely, quickly and safely. These fiber containers are oven safe.
  • Orders shipped via UPS are vacuum sealed for freshness.

Do you offer subscriptions or one-time orders?

  • Yes! You can choose from two options:
    • Order-As-You-Go: No commitment — pick your meals from the weekly menu and check out by Thursday at 11:59 PM for Sunday delivery.
    • Subscription: Set it and forget it — clean, high-protein meals delivered weekly without reordering. Perfect for staying consistent and saving time.

How do subscriptions work?

  • Billing Day: Every Wednesday morning — this payment covers the upcoming Sunday delivery.
  • Pause/Skip Deadline: By 11:59 PM the previous Wednesday — exactly 7 days before your billing Wednesday.
  • First Order: Charged today at signup; the schedule above applies to all future renewals.
  • Why 7 days? We source fresh ingredients every Friday and allocate production on Sunday. Locking in a week ahead ensures peak freshness, zero waste, and guaranteed delivery.

Example:

  • Next charge: Wed 20th
  • Pause/skip by: Wed 13th at 11:59 PM (7 days prior)
  • That charge covers delivery on: Sun 24th

Meal Selection for Subscriptions:

  • We do the choosing for you — you'll get a rotating variety of all our premium proteins each week.
  • You will recieve Grass-Fed & Finished Beef, Wild Caught Seafood, Organic Poultry.
  • You will not recieve any vegetarian or plant-based options — no tofu, no tempeh, etc.
  • Designed for maximum variety, balanced macros, and Elite-level results without having to choose every meal yourself.

When is the deadline to order?

  • Our order cutoff is every week on Thursday at 11:59 PM. However, we do sometimes sell out, so please get your order in as soon as possible.

Where can I find the nutritional information?

  • All of our FDA-compliant nutritional facts are found on each product page. Anytime you click on a meal you can view the nutritional information to see the facts label and ingredients.

How do I reheat my meals?

Your meals arrive in plant-fiber, oven-safe containers — never plastic. These containers are fully biodegradable and safe to use in the oven.

To reheat, remove the recyclable lid and heat up using any of the following:

  • Oven (Preferred method): 425°F for 10–15 minutes (best texture). Do not reheat with the lid on.
  • Toaster Oven: Also great for crisping. Do not reheat with the lid on.
  • Microwave (for convenience): Cover with a damp paper towel to retain moisture and heat for 1–2 minutes, depending on the meal.
  • ✅ Our containers are made from wild-harvested plant fiber — no plastic, no toxins, just clean fuel in clean packaging. Oven-safe containers make reheating simple.

Can I eat the meals cold?

  • Yes! Many of our meals — especially shrimp, salads, and egg bites — can be enjoyed cold. They are kept at safe chilled temperatures during delivery and storage.
  • It’s all about your personal preference. For the best flavor and texture, we suggest warming most meals, but cold is totally safe and convenient.

Do you serve frozen meals?

  • Never! Our meals are cooked fresh every week.

Can I pick up my meals instead?

  • Yes, please order in advance and select pickup option at checkout.
  • Pickup Hours: Sunday 9AM–10AM or Monday 10AM–3PM.
  • Your order will be in our display fridge with your name on the bag.
  • You’ll get a notification when it’s packed.

Where do you deliver?

  • We hand deliver locally in South Florida to all of Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach County. Orders over $112 or 8+ regular priced meals are delivered free!
  • If you live outside of South Florida and would like UPS overnight delivery, please email us: team@elitenutritionfl.com

Is there a delivery fee?

  • Orders over $112 or 8+ regular priced meals are delivered free!
  • Orders under 8 meals or under $112 will include a $12 shipping charge.

How do the deliveries work?

  • For South Florida: We deliver Sunday evening between the hours of 1:00pm–5:00pm. Your food will be at your door in an insulated cooler bag with reusable ice packs.
  • For the rest of Florida:
    • Please inquire first – team@elitenutritionfl.com – tell us your zip code.
    • We ship with UPS every Monday at the end of the day, in an insulated shipping box with ice packs. UPS delivers the orders every Tuesday throughout all of Florida. Please note that on Monday holidays when shippers are closed, any overnight orders placed will be shipped on Tuesday to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monday holidays: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Labor Day, Columbus Day

Do you offer same-day delivery in South Florida?

  • We deliver every Sunday!

Can I get meals delivered to my office in Miami, Broward or Palm Beach?

Yes! We deliver to homes, offices, and businesses in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

What do I do with my cooler bags and ice packs?

South Florida local delivery: Please leave the cooler bag out with the ice packs so our driver can exchange them on next delivery. This helps us cut down on waste!
