The Kitchen Is Actually in Boca

Most meal prep you can buy in Boca Raton is cooked somewhere else (a production facility in another county, sometimes another state), then frozen, boxed and shipped to you. Ours isn't. We cook at 4190 Oak Circle, off Clint Moore, and the food goes from our kitchen to your door the same day. Nothing is frozen, nothing sits in a warehouse, and nothing travels more than about fifteen minutes to reach most of the city.

Alex and Storm started cooking for people out of a house in 2018 and moved into the Oak Circle kitchen in 2020. It is still a small crew. We cook it, we pack it, and most weeks one of us is the person who hands it to you.

What's Actually in the Food

Grass-fed beef, organic chicken, and wild-caught seafood. Cooked in extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil or coconut oil, with no canola, soybean, corn or sunflower oil (a couple of sauces use a little sesame oil). No preservatives, which is the reason the food has a real shelf life of about five days instead of five weeks.

Every meal is built around protein first. If you are training at one of the gyms along Glades or Yamato, or you are just trying to stop eating badly at 9pm, the portions are the point: they are sized to actually end the meal. You choose Beast for the larger portion or Shred for the lighter one. Same food, same quality, different amount.

How Delivery Works in Boca Raton

Pick your meals or a weekly plan by Thursday at midnight. We cook Saturday and Sunday. Your bag arrives Sunday between 10am and 5pm, packed cold in an insulated bag, and you get a text when the driver is on the way. Get it in the fridge and you're set through Friday.

We cover Boca Raton end to end: East Boca and the Mizner Park area, Boca West, Broken Sound, Woodfield, the Town Center corridor, the FAU area, and West Boca out past 441. If you're in the city, you're in the delivery zone.

Because the kitchen is here, you can also just come get it. Kitchen pickup is Sunday, 9am to 12pm at 4190 Oak Circle. Select pickup at checkout instead of delivery. We lock up right at noon.

How much does meal prep delivery in Boca Raton cost?

Weekly plans start at $95. You can also order individual entrées à la carte with no subscription. Delivery is free on every weekly plan and on à la carte orders of $112+, and $12 on smaller à la carte orders.

When do I need to order by?

Thursday at midnight for that Sunday's delivery. Anything after that goes on the following week.

How long do the meals last in the fridge?

Through Friday. They arrive Sunday, fresh-cooked that weekend, and because there are no preservatives they're built to be eaten that week rather than stored for a month.

Do I have to subscribe?

No. Order week to week if you want. If you'd rather not think about it, the weekly plan runs on its own and you can pause or skip any week, as long as you do it by 11:59pm on the Wednesday a week before you're billed.

Is it actually cooked in Boca Raton?
