Almost everything sold as meal prep online is cooked in bulk somewhere else, frozen, and mailed to you. That's the category. We're the other thing: a kitchen at 4190 Oak Circle in Boca Raton, about twenty minutes south of Boynton, cooking on the weekend and driving it to your door the same day.

Nothing is frozen and nothing sits in a warehouse. That's also why the food keeps about five days instead of five weeks: there are no preservatives in it.

Alex and Storm started this out of a house in 2018 and have cooked out of the Boca kitchen since 2020. Small crew, everything made and packed by us.

What's in It

Grass-fed beef, organic chicken, wild-caught seafood. Cooked in extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil or coconut oil, with no canola, soybean, corn or sunflower oil (a couple of sauces use a little sesame oil). Every meal built protein-first, with portions sized to actually finish the meal rather than leave you looking for something else an hour later.

Two sizes: Beast is the larger portion, Shred is the lighter one. Same food, same quality, different amount.

How Delivery Works in Boynton

Order by Thursday at midnight. We cook over the weekend and your bag arrives Sunday between 10am and 5pm packed cold in an insulated bag, with a text when we're on the way. Fridge it and you're covered through Friday.

We deliver across Boynton Beach: the Ocean Avenue and downtown area, the Congress Avenue corridor, Renaissance Commons, the beach and inlet side, and west toward Jog and Hagen Ranch. Kitchen pickup is also available Sunday 9am–12pm in Boca.

Is this frozen food?

No. It's cooked fresh in Boca Raton the same weekend it's delivered, and it has never been frozen. It keeps in the fridge through Friday.

Do I have to commit to a subscription?

No. Order week to week if you prefer. The weekly plan runs on its own if you'd rather not think about it, and you can pause or skip any week, as long as you do it by 11:59pm on the Wednesday a week before you're billed.
