Meal Prep Delivery Coral Springs | Elite Nutrition FL

Elite Nutrition FL cooks fresh, high-protein meal prep in our Boca Raton kitchen and delivers across Coral Springs every Sunday. Order by Thursday midnight. Plans start at $95/week, or order à la carte.

Right Next Door to Our Parkland Route

Coral Springs sits right beside Parkland, one of our regular Sunday stops, so it's an easy add to the run. We deliver from the University Drive corridor to the neighborhoods off Wiles Road, Coral Ridge Drive and Sample Road. Your meals are cooked that weekend in our own kitchen in Boca and arrive the same day. Never frozen, never shipped.

Alex and Storm started cooking for people out of a house in 2018 and have run their own kitchen on Oak Circle since 2020. Small crew, everything cooked and packed by us.

What's in the Bag

Grass-fed beef, organic chicken and wild-caught seafood, cooked in extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil or coconut oil, with no canola, soybean, corn or sunflower oil and no preservatives. A couple of sauces use a little sesame oil. Protein first, with portions that actually fill you up. Beast is the bigger portion, Shred is the lighter one. Same food either way.

How Delivery Works

Order by Thursday at midnight. We cook over the weekend, and your order arrives Sunday packed cold in an insulated bag, with a text when we're on the way. It keeps in the fridge through Friday. Coral Springs is also close enough for Sunday kitchen pickup, 9am to 12pm at 4190 Oak Circle in Boca, if you'd rather grab it yourself.
