Other than Boca itself, nowhere is nearer to us than Deerfield. We cook at 4190 Oak Circle, just north of the county line, and most Deerfield deliveries are a ten-minute drive. Your food is cooked that weekend and in your fridge the same day. It is never frozen, never shipped, and never sits in a distribution center in another state the way most meal prep you can buy online does.

Alex and Storm started cooking for people out of a house in 2018 and moved into the Oak Circle kitchen in 2020. Still a small crew, still cooking and packing everything ourselves.

Built for How Deerfield Actually Trains

Between the pier, the beach workouts and the crowd at Quiet Waters, Deerfield has more people training outdoors than most cities its size. The food is built for that: protein first, portions sized to actually finish the meal, and nothing engineered for a long shelf life.

Grass-fed beef, organic chicken, wild-caught seafood. Cooked in extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil or coconut oil, with no canola, soybean, corn or sunflower oil (a couple of sauces use a little sesame oil). No preservatives. Beast is the larger portion, Shred is the lighter one. Same food, same quality, different amount.

How Delivery Works

Order by Thursday at midnight. We cook over the weekend. Your bag arrives Sunday between 10am and 5pm packed cold in an insulated bag, with a text when we're on the way. Fridge it and you're covered through Friday.

We cover all of Deerfield: the Cove, the beach and pier area, the Hillsboro Boulevard corridor, Century Village, and west toward the Sawgrass. And because the kitchen is ten minutes away, pickup is genuinely practical: Sunday 9am–12pm at 4190 Oak Circle if you'd rather grab it yourself.

What day do you deliver?

Sunday between 10am and 5pm, every week. The cutoff to be on that Sunday's run is Thursday at midnight.

How long do the meals last in the fridge?

Through Friday. They're cooked the same weekend they're delivered and there are no preservatives in them.

Can I pick up instead of having it delivered?
