Atlantic Avenue is one of the best strips in South Florida and that is exactly why eating well in Delray is hard. When there are forty good restaurants inside a mile, cooking stops happening. Four nights out a week turns into six, the bill turns into real money, and you have no idea what's actually in any of it.

Elite Nutrition FL is the counterweight. Your fridge is stocked Sunday with food that's already handled, so going out on Atlantic is a choice you make, not the thing that happens because there's nothing at home.

Cooked Fifteen Minutes Away

We are not a national meal-kit company shipping frozen trays into Palm Beach County. We cook at 4190 Oak Circle in Boca Raton, roughly fifteen minutes down Federal from Pineapple Grove, and the food goes from our kitchen to your door the same day. It has never been frozen and it has never sat in a warehouse.

Alex and Storm started this out of a house in 2018 and have had the Boca kitchen since 2020. Small crew, everything cooked and packed in-house.

What's in It

Grass-fed beef, organic chicken, wild-caught seafood. Cooked in extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil or coconut oil, with no canola, soybean, corn or sunflower oil (a couple of sauces use a little sesame oil). No preservatives. Protein-first portions sized to actually finish the meal: Beast for the larger portion, Shred for the lighter one. Same food either way.

How It Works in Delray

Order by Thursday at midnight. We cook over the weekend and your bag lands Sunday between 10am and 5pm, packed cold in an insulated bag, with a text when we're on the way. Good in the fridge through Friday.

We deliver across Delray: downtown and the Atlantic Avenue corridor, Pineapple Grove, Lake Ida, Seagate, the beach side, and west out past Military Trail. If you'd rather come to us, kitchen pickup is Sunday 9am–12pm in Boca.

Weekly plans start at $95. Individual entrées are available à la carte with no subscription. Delivery is free on every weekly plan and on à la carte orders of $112+, and $12 on smaller à la carte orders.

What day do you deliver to Delray Beach?

Sunday between 10am and 5pm, every week. Order by Thursday midnight to be on that Sunday's run.

How long do the meals keep?

Through Friday. They're cooked the same weekend they're delivered, and there are no preservatives in them.

Can I skip a week?

Yes. Order week to week, or run the weekly plan and pause or skip any week, as long as you do it by 11:59pm on the Wednesday a week before you're billed.
