Parkland runs on a schedule nobody designed. Practice at five, another kid somewhere at six, homework after that, and dinner becomes whatever can be produced in eleven minutes. That's how a family that genuinely cares about what it eats ends up eating badly four nights a week.
Elite Nutrition FL removes the decision. Sunday your fridge is full of real food that's already cooked. Heat it, eat it, get on with the evening. It's not about cooking less. It's about the 6:40pm scramble not being a nightly event.
Cooked Twenty Minutes Away, Not Shipped
We cook at 4190 Oak Circle in Boca Raton, roughly twenty minutes east of Parkland. The food is made that weekend and driven to your door the same day. It has never been frozen and it has never sat in a warehouse, unlike almost everything sold as "meal prep" online, which is produced in bulk out of state and shipped frozen.
Alex and Storm started cooking for people out of a house in 2018 and have had the Boca kitchen since 2020. Small crew, all of it made and packed in-house.
What's Actually in It
Grass-fed beef, organic chicken, wild-caught seafood. Cooked in extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil or coconut oil, with no canola, soybean, corn or sunflower oil (a couple of sauces use a little sesame oil). No preservatives. Protein-first, with portions sized to actually finish the meal.
Two sizes: Beast for the bigger portion, Shred for the lighter one. Same food either way, which is useful when one person in the house is training hard and another isn't.
How Delivery Works in Parkland
Order by Thursday at midnight. We cook over the weekend and your bag lands Sunday between 10am and 5pm, packed cold in an insulated bag, with a text when we're on the way. Good in the fridge through Friday, which is the whole school week.
We deliver throughout Parkland: Heron Bay, Parkland Golf & Country Club, the Pine Trails and Parkland Commons area, and the Holmberg and Loxahatchee corridors. Kitchen pickup is also available Sunday 9am–12pm in Boca.

Weekly plans start at $95. Individual entrées are available à la carte with no subscription. Delivery is free on every weekly plan and on à la carte orders of $112+, and $12 on smaller à la carte orders.
What day do you deliver to Parkland?
Sunday between 10am and 5pm, every week, so the fridge is stocked before the school week starts. Order by Thursday midnight.
Can I order different portion sizes for different people?
Yes. Beast is the larger portion and Shred is the lighter one, and you can mix them in the same order. It's the same food either way.
How long does the food keep?
Through Friday. It's cooked the same weekend it's delivered and there are no preservatives in it.
