Real Food, Cooked Up the Road

Pompano has changed fast. New buildings along the beach, new people, and a lot of them arriving from places where good meal prep was something you could just buy. Most of what's marketed as meal prep down here is cooked in a facility in another state, frozen, and shipped, which is why it tastes like it.

We cook at 4190 Oak Circle in Boca Raton, about twenty minutes north of Atlantic Boulevard. The food is made that weekend and goes straight to your door. Never frozen, never warehoused.

Alex and Storm started this out of a house in 2018 and have cooked out of the Boca kitchen since 2020. Small crew, everything made and packed in-house.

What's in It

Grass-fed beef, organic chicken, wild-caught seafood. Cooked in extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil or coconut oil, with no canola, soybean, corn or sunflower oil (a couple of sauces use a little sesame oil). No preservatives, which is why it keeps for about five days instead of five weeks.

Every meal is built protein-first with portions sized to actually end the meal. Choose Beast for the larger portion or Shred for the lighter one. Same food, same quality, different amount.

How Delivery Works in Pompano

Order by Thursday at midnight. We cook over the weekend and your bag arrives Sunday between 10am and 5pm, packed cold in an insulated bag. You get a text when we're on the way. Fridge it and you're set through Friday.

We deliver across Pompano: the beach and pier area, the Atlantic Boulevard corridor, Old Pompano, Cresthaven, and west toward the Turnpike. Kitchen pickup is also available Sunday 9am–12pm in Boca if you'd rather collect it.

Weekly plans start at $95. Individual entrées are available à la carte with no subscription. Delivery is free on every weekly plan and on à la carte orders of $112+, and $12 on smaller à la carte orders.

What day do you deliver to Pompano Beach?

Sunday between 10am and 5pm, every week. Order by Thursday midnight to be on that Sunday's run.

Is the food frozen?

No. It's cooked fresh in Boca Raton the same weekend it's delivered and it's never been frozen. It keeps in the fridge through Friday.

Do I have to subscribe?

No. Order week to week if you want, or run the weekly plan and pause or skip any week, as long as you do it by 11:59pm on the Wednesday a week before you're billed.
