Fresh Meal Prep in West Broward
We deliver across Sunrise every Sunday: the Sawgrass Mills area, Sunrise Lakes and the neighborhoods along Sunrise Boulevard and Oakland Park Boulevard. Your meals are cooked that weekend in our own Boca Raton kitchen and delivered the same day. Never frozen, never shipped.
Alex and Storm started cooking for people out of a house in 2018 and have run their own kitchen on Oak Circle since 2020. Small crew, everything cooked and packed by us.
What's in the Bag
Grass-fed beef, organic chicken and wild-caught seafood, cooked in extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil or coconut oil, with no canola, soybean, corn or sunflower oil and no preservatives. A couple of sauces use a little sesame oil. Protein first, with portions that actually fill you up. Beast is the bigger portion, Shred is the lighter one. Same food either way.
How Delivery Works
Order by Thursday at midnight. We cook over the weekend, and your order arrives Sunday packed cold in an insulated bag, with a text when we're on the way. It keeps in the fridge through Friday.

Weekly plans start at $95 for 8 meals. Entrées are also available à la carte with no subscription. Delivery is free on every weekly plan and on à la carte orders of $112+. Smaller à la carte orders have a $12 delivery fee, or pick up free on Sunday.
What day do you deliver to Sunrise?
Sunday, every week. Order by Thursday at midnight to make that Sunday's run.
