Meal Prep Delivery West Palm Beach | Elite Nutrition FL

Elite Nutrition FL cooks fresh, high-protein meal prep in our Boca Raton kitchen and delivers to West Palm Beach every Sunday. Order by Thursday midnight. Plans start at $95/week, or order à la carte.

North Up I-95 Every Sunday

Our route runs north from Boca to West Palm Beach every week: downtown, Northwood, El Cid, SoSo and the neighborhoods west along Okeechobee Boulevard. Your meals are cooked that weekend in our own kitchen and delivered the same day. Never frozen, never shipped from a warehouse.

Alex and Storm started cooking for people out of a house in 2018 and have run their own kitchen on Oak Circle in Boca since 2020. Small crew, everything cooked and packed by us.

What's in the Bag

Grass-fed beef, organic chicken and wild-caught seafood, cooked in extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil or coconut oil, with no canola, soybean, corn or sunflower oil and no preservatives. A couple of sauces use a little sesame oil. Protein first, with portions that actually fill you up. Beast is the bigger portion, Shred is the lighter one. Same food either way.

How Delivery Works

Order by Thursday at midnight. We cook over the weekend, and your order arrives Sunday packed cold in an insulated bag, with a text when we're on the way. It keeps in the fridge through Friday.
