How much does meal prep delivery cost in South Florida?

At Elite Nutrition FL in Boca Raton, weekly meal prep plans cost $95 to $350 a week, which works out to about $9.82 to $15.63 per meal depending on the plan and portion size. Every weekly plan includes free delivery across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
Single meals ordered à la carte cost $14 to $17 for entrées and $11 to $15 for breakfasts, with free delivery on orders of $112 or more and a $12 fee below that. The numbers below are live prices as of October 2026.
What does a weekly meal plan cost per meal?
Each weekly plan comes in two portion sizes. Shred is the smaller plate, with about 38g of protein per entrée. Beast is the bigger plate, with about 48g. Our chef picks the meals and rotates them every week.

The per-meal price is the weekly price divided by the number of meals. Crown Shred is the lowest at $9.82 a meal ($275 ÷ 28). Bronze Beast is the highest at $15.63 a meal ($125 ÷ 8). Bigger plans cost less per meal.
What does à la carte cost?
À la carte means you pick each meal yourself from the weekly menu. Shred entrées are $14 to $15 and Beast entrées are $16 to $17, depending on the protein. Breakfasts are $11 to $15. Orders of $112 or more deliver free. Smaller orders pay a $12 delivery fee.
Is a weekly plan cheaper than ordering meals one by one?
Yes, for the same number of meals. Eight Beast chicken entrées à la carte cost $128 ($16 each), while the Bronze plan with 8 Beast entrées is $125. Eight Shred entrées à la carte cost $112 ($14 each), while Bronze Shred is $95, or $11.88 a meal. A small order costs the most per meal: 5 Beast entrées at $16 come to $80, plus the $12 delivery fee, which is $92 or $18.40 a meal.
The trade-off is choice. On a plan the chef picks the meals. À la carte, you choose every one.
Are there other fees?
Weekly plans always deliver free. There is no shipping, because Elite Nutrition FL delivers locally only, every Sunday between 10am and 5pm. You can also pick up at the kitchen at 4190 Oak Circle, Boca Raton, on Sunday from 9am to 12pm. Subscribers skip, pause or cancel their own plan at elitenutritionfl.com/a/subscriptions, with no contract.
When do I need to order?
Order by Thursday at 11:59 PM for delivery that Sunday. Meals are cooked fresh in our Boca Raton kitchen each week and never frozen.
